De-Privatize and De-Cross-Border-Lease Water in Stuttgart
There is an organization in Stuttgart, Germany, called s-wasserforum.de. Their goals are
1) to de-privatize the water network of the city. A public water works need to be re-installed at the city.
2) to get out of the cross-border leasing contracts the city has with respect to sewage treatment plants as well as drinking water mains.
There is a petition to start a public referendum in the city including lists for signatures. See also the webpage.
